Tessera ("the App") is a generative visual art application. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Data we collect
We collect no personal data. The App:
- Does not require an account or login
- Does not collect names, email addresses, or contact information
- Does not collect location data
- Does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
- Does not transmit any data over the internet
- Requires no internet connection to function
Data stored on your device
The App stores a single preference on your device using local storage: the date of birth you enter for developmental calibration. This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not transmitted to any server
- Can be cleared at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the App
Children's privacy
The App is designed for use by parents and caregivers with their children. It does not collect any information from children or adults. It fully complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations because no data is collected whatsoever.
Third-party services
The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
